The main problem after retouching faces is that after a while they become a bit flat. This free Photoshop (7+ compatible and above) pack is ideal for bringing back the realistic texture and solving this problem.
Keep the opacity light, work in circular strokes and follow a lighting guide from another photo or the original, follow the bone structure and etc (that is key to creating realism).
